Registration for the 2012 season begins

Jan. 7, 2012 @ 10:00 am

January 18, 2012 @ 6:30 pm - Dick's Sporting Goods

Feb. 1, 2012 @ 6:30 pm - FINAL REGISTRATION

Day Registrations are from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
Evening Registrations are from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

All registrations will take place at the Recreation & Park Center on Academy Avenue

unless otherwise posted.

****NEW fees effective immediately****

are as follows

Ages: 5-6       $70.00 + $25.00 (work bond) = $95.00
   Ages 7 - 12       $85.00 + $25.00 (work bond) = $110.00
    Ages 13 & up   $95.00 + $25.00 (work bond) = $120.00

Family Discount         $170.00 + $25.00 (work bond) = $195.00


***In order to receive the family discount for 3 children or more you must register in person at above location***

WORK BOND

Due to the increasing work that needs to be done at the concession stand due to the lack of volunteers, unfortunately our league has been forced to implement a WORK BOND. This work bond will be in the amount of $25.00 per family. Once the parent has fulfilled the WORK BOND requirements and the hours have been confirmed by a Board Member, a refund will be given back at the end of the season.

During the 2012 season you will be required to volunteer in any of the following ways:

       1.   Manager or Coach of a team
   2.   Concession Stand - 4 hours
   3.   Spring Clean up - 4 hours
       4.   Fall Clean up - 4 hours

Please understand that Middletown Little League relies on volunteers to keep our league functioning.

Please remember this is for your children and your league, so please volunteer.

Understand that if you do not fulfill these requirements YOU FORFEIT your WORK BOND.
